In order to eliminate the air blocked and water clogged in the fill due to slime at cooling tower fill, Thai Cooling Tower comes with unique designed cooling tower for sugar mill plant. With the proper attention paid to water physical properties, we knew that chemical treatment is not a suitable solution since high cost and problem with chemical products.
The root cause is that the conventional design is not appropriate to the working conditions where there are concerns for windblown debris, air-carried dust, or air laden with pollutants. The towers should be operated below the threshold limits of those dissolved solids which might precipitate. Our improvements included enlarge the air flow gap, increase the heat transfer area with the help of slime, and control the number of bacteria. Therefore the clogged is completely solved with high efficiency, durability, low cost, trouble free of years operation.
