Water Distribution

 
Spray Nozzles are normally use in cooling tower in order to evenly and uniformly distribute water. The nozzle that we use is a pressure-swirl type with core at the housing and outlet hole at the cover plate.

 
Piping layout and connection.
The water pressure required at the nozzle is only 3 m of water and the water is ejected in the same direction of the air flow in the cooling tower. These assure an increase area of heat transfer and retention time between air and water. Plus, the tower works in proper thermal performance and energy saving.
 
The water distribution starts from ejection from the nozzle in the form of hollow cone.
